We became Fiserv's technology partners to develop the “Merchant Portal” customer management portal.

How was it done?
We focused on the automation of operations that were previously performed by operator or paper. First, the development and implementation of a Web Portal that allowed an intelligent, secure and auditable management of the dozens of customer processes was carried out, in charge of the Operations area. From this, all those manual actions can now be performed through the portal.

Auditable technologies were used, with profile/permission control, execution logs and reports. Finally, the maintenance and development of new functionalities were carried out.
