We worked together with Volkswagen to automate the approval process of air freight for the correct management of required materials, by necessity, to be brought by this route.

We focused on achieving the main goals, such as reducing approval times, the probability of plant shutdown due to paper loss and eliminating authorizations via emails. This process was implemented using Business Process Management, which allowed designing and implementing the loading of the freight detail and the approval with notices and escalations in case of delay.

Additionally, we generated a report that allows us to audit the times of each of the areas.
