Macro

Since 2016 we have been working together with Banco Macro providing software factory services in two key areas: Operations and Service in Branches (Customer Relationship Management). In these two sectors, among the most important ones of the Bank, we contributed with all our potential and knowledge to improve internal systems and processes.

All the work done during these years means that the Bank can operate more efficiently and productively, which results in the contribution of value to customers in their operations and, with this, that their relationship is consolidated and they maintain their trust.

For several years, we have been providing the Corrective and Evolutionary Maintenance service of the Customer Relationship Management software the bank owns, called Oracle Siebel.
This is a solution used for the customer to interact with the bank in person at the branches, so it is essential to ensure its continuity and, in case of failures, solve the problems urgently.
That is where we contribute all our knowledge and our attitude so that Banco Macro may continue growing in the Argentine financial market.

Banco Macro trusted us and gave us the responsibility for the development of this urgent solution to meet the financing needs of single tax payers and self-employed individuals, in the context of emergency during the COVID-19 Pandemic.​
We were working against the clock together with the Bank's systems department to be able to achieve the development and so that the bank complies in a timely manner with the decree established by the government and thus, to be able to financially relieve a sector of the active population. ​ ​
In this way, the relationship with its partners was strengthened and, internally, its processes became much more active and efficient.
